Sometimes, it seems like we’re trapped in a gory documentary.
“A one-year-old boy was hurt after a grendae reportedly exploded at the second floor of a house on Interior Ilaya Street in Mandaluyong City at around 845pm on Sunday, Nov 24,” reports the Philippine Daily Inquirer.
The police say the boy was with his mother, Lelaine Aquino, when the explosion happened. Aquino was not hurt but the boy suffered slight injuries.
According to the report, investigators are still trying to determine what exactly happened. Last August, a grenade had also gone off in the area. It had been followed by a shooting incident.
