Just a week ago, word had it that Willie Revillame’s Wowowin is dead but that the beleaguered TV host was lobbying for a daily time slot.
A daily time slot didn’t happen.
Instead, GMA-7 is bringing Wowowin back on Sunday at an earlier time slot: 2pm. Yes, as in this Sun, Aug 9.
It comes right after the new GMA variety show Sunday PINASaya, headlined by Marian Rivera and Ai-Ai delas Alas.
“Ang concept nila puro magbigay din ng saya… Pagkatapos nila, mayroong papremyo sa Wowowin,” Willie says on GMA network.
Sounds like there’s going to be a huge party over at GMA-7 on Sun, Aug 9. Let’s see how the new shows will fare.
