A lot of people are wondering how Kim Chiu ended up at the Manila wedding reception of Heart Evangelista and Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero’s on Feb 18.

We guess people weren’t expecting Kim to be there just because she is from ABS-CBN while Heart is with GMA 7.

The thing is that Heart used to be with ABS-CBN, as well. Kim won Pinoy Big Brother in 2006 but Heart moved to GMA 7 in 2007. The two actually became friends after crossing paths in parties and events even after Heart switched stations.

Kim has always been vocal about how much of a Heart Evangelista fan she is. “Fan talaga ako ni Heart since bata pa ako!” she told Mario Dumaual of ABS-CBN News during the wedding reception at The Blue Leaf Filipinas in Parañaque. “So nung in-invite niya ako there, of course pumunta ako.”
