The actress has just filed a temporary protection order case against her husband. And her lawyer, Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, has shared some juicy tidbits in an interview with dzMM.
He said that as early as 2005, there already have been “acts” but that Claudine stayed because of love and because of their kids. What specific acts those are he didn’t specify, explaining that he can’t discuss details.
Anyway, he added that they’re asking for protection so that Raymart won’t be able to do those “acts” again because they pose a threat to Claudine’s health and safety.
Even their kids have been affected, said the lawyer.
Attorney said that a reconciliation looks impossible.
He also shared that he interviewed the actress for five hours before agreeing to take the case. He’s turned down a lot of high-profile cases despite the big pay, but said yes to Claudine because he’s convinced “legally, factually, and morally.”
If granted by the Marikina Regional Trial Court, Raymart has to stay away from Claudine, their house and their children as far as 300 meters.
