Have you read Sharon Cuneta’s very long apology letter to her fans? You know, the one she posted on Facebook, where she was saying that she let her fans down because she let herself become fat AND stay fat.
Her daughter KC Concepcion shared with ABS-CBN News that she’s been talking with her mom but that she hasn’t mentioned anything about a problem. “Masaya nga yung talk namin sa phone nun,” said KC, who thinks the letter is Sharon’s way of “letting her fans know that she is still here, and she still cares for them.”
She added, “Sa lahat ng ginagawa ng mom ko, she always remembers her fans and wants them to be happy. It’s her way of saying she has not forgotten about them.”
KC also commended Judy Ann Santos, Sharon’s co-star in the 2002 movie Magkapatid, for expressing support and concern for the Megastar. “I am very thankful that Ate Juday has always been there for my mom. Sincere siya sa friendships niya and she’s part of our family. Like Ate Juday, me, our family, friends and her loyal fans are all behind her 100%. Kaya niya yan.”
