Watch: Willie Revillame’s goodbye on ‘Wowowin’

On Sun, Jan 17, Wowowin aired its final episode — after just nine short months on air.

Before singing his farewell, host Willie Revillame thanked GMA executives for giving him a comeback. He also thanked his fans and viewers for watching and um, keeping the show alive.

“Ang tanging dasal ko lamang ay sana, araw-araw tayong magkasama, araw-araw ko kayong makapiling, at araw-araw ko na kayong mapasaya,” Revillame said.

Viewers who persevered and stayed on until the very end of the show were given a teaser. The word “abagan” was flashed on the screen after the farewell.

In March 2015, it was announced that Revillame signed a contract with GMA Network and that he was going to work on a new show called Wowowin.
