We have to admit that the new ABS-CBN show Your Face Sounds Familiar is our new favorite show.
We love not just how the celebrity performers sound like the people they are impersonating, but also, of course, how they look like them, too.
Last week, R&B singer JayR did a great job being Pepe Smith, making him the winner of the first week of the show.
Last weekend, it was Karla Estrada’s time shine. She was Chaka Khan and she had to sing (what else) “Through the Fire.” And oh, naabot niya yung mataas na mga nota ha, which earned her not just a standing ovation from the judges (Gary Valenciano, Sharon Cuneta, and Jed Madela) but also the top spot. She wonP100,000, which she said she will be donating all to ChildHaus, which helps kids with cancer.
