ABS-CBN’s Your Face Sounds Familiar remains to be one of our favorite shows now. Where else can you see local celebs trying to be other artists? In a lot of noontime shows, actually, but hey, the show is very entertaining.
In the episode last night, March 29, 2015, for example, JayR became Bamboo, Tutti Caringal was April Boy Regino, Maxene Magalona transformed into Ariana Grande, Melai Cantiveros tried to be Blakdyak, Karla Estrada did her best Meghan Trainor, Nyoy Volante wore a wig to be Tina Turner, and Edgar Allan Guzman became Daniel Padilla.
But Jolina Magdangal’s performance of “Believe” as Cher has got to be our favorite. Her nasal vocal performance was spot-on while her makeup and gold outfit sure made her look like the iconic gay icon.
She got the highest score, too, and wonP100,000, which she is donating to the Kite Foundation, which helps cancer patients.

Next week, the celebrity contestants will perform in pairs. Melai and Tutti will be rap duo Salbakuta, JayR and Karla must perform as Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton, Jolina and Nyoy will try to be Aegis, and Edgar Allan and Maxene will do a number by Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta.
