Well it’s about time, BuzzFeed!

Finally the king of viral content has posted a video response to the Philippine phenomenon that is AlDub.

Titled “Americans respond to #Aldub,” it shows Buzzfeed staff watch clips of Eat Bulaga!’s “Kalye Serye” segment and sharing their thoughts about it. Sample: “This show is electric! I don’t know what the f*ck is going on but it’s just like a whirlwind of fun sh*t.”

The site also dissected the meaning of “pabebe”. It’s when you try hard to look cute, is their explanation.

We also like how they “got” Kalye Serye and the whole idea behind AlDub. It’s where “an unlikely couple go through an early stage of romance — that awkward phase of ‘how do I communicate? Should I text? No wait, I’ll send her a Dubsmash,” is how one of them put it.

Their final verdict on Aldub? They believe that the couple will hit it off. “Say good bye to your Desperate Housewives, Parks and Recreations. Throw that sh*t out. Eat Baluga! is coming to the States.”

Actually sir, it’s Eat Bulaga!
