On Monday’s episode of It’s Show Time!, Vice Ganda gave a pretty solid work advice to a dude who couldn’t get his act together.
The guy’s problem is he often gets bored with his work, so he flits from one job to another.
Vice Ganda pointed out that first, he’s pretty lucky he can afford to be choosy with his job.
He said people on top of their game did not start at the top. “The comedian shared the humble beginnings of successful people in their respective field, including ABS-CBN president Charo Santos-Concio, who patiently climbed the ranks from being a production assistant,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
They had to start from the very bottom of the so-called food chain and work their way up. They worked through it all: boredom, challenges, deadline, everything. “Pinagtrabahuhan nila ang lahat ng yan. Pinag-igihan, nagsakripisyo, nagtiis,” says Vice.
He ends his advice with an encouragement: If they can do it, so can you!
