Domingo “Menggie” Cobarrubias, a veteran actor known for his performance in the movie Jaguar, passed away due to pneumonia today. His family is still waiting for the results of his COVID-19 test.

In a Facebook post today, his wife Gina Cobarrubias wrote, “Goodbye my love. Thank you for the 30 wonderful years. I love you. Dear God, please give me the strength to be able to face this very difficult moment of my life.”

According to the Facebook group Cinema Bravo, Menggie was 68 years old when he died at the Asian Hospital in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Shortly before he died, Menggie posted the word “Good bye” on his Facebook page last night.
