A Filipino television actor learned this the hard way when he was arrested in Taguig City yesterday after a woman accused him of groping her butt.
Frank Magalona, son of the late rapper Francis Magalona and influential talent manager Pia Magalona, was arrested in Taguig yesterday for undue vexation.
He was accused by an unidentified woman who worked as a VIP host at Revel Bar.
The woman said that she was trying to get alcoholic beverages when Magalona allegedly approached her and positioned himself behind her before he pinched her backside, Rappler reported.
The victim immediately went to her supervisor, who sought help from the head bouncer of the establishment, leading to Magalona’s arrest.
He was temporarily detained at Taguig’s police station but was later released upon the city prosecutor’s recommendation.
Magalona has yet to release a statement regarding the accusation.
