That’s according to Bea Alonzo when Aileen Samson of pep.ph talked with her during the press conference of One More Chance, the novel.
“Another movie together, I think meron kami this year, pero it doesn’t mean na sequel yun or part 2 ng One More Chance. Hindi pa namin alam sa Star Cinema kung ano ang plano nila,” the actress said.
We’ll take it. Anyway, there’s the newly launched book, which should tide everyone over until they decide to make a sequel. It’s written by Juan Miguel Sevilla, based on the script of Carmi Raymundo and Vanessa Valdez.
Let’s just hope that should that time come when they do decide to make a Part 2, it’s not just for the sake of getting it done. As per John Lloyd, “Kung pipilitin lang natin dugtungan to have a Part 2, para sa akin, pangit kasi pag pinipilit, di ba? Laht ng bagay na pinipilit ay pumapangit.”
