21-year-old actor Diego Loyzaga is going through a tough time indeed, but clearly, he’s not going through it alone.
Sunshine Cruz and her daughters expressed their concern for Diego after he unleashed angry posts on Instagram targeting his father Cesar Montano, who supposedly accused him of being a drug addict.

Cruz was previously married to Cesar Montano, and they have three daughters. Diego is Montano’s son with actress Teresa Loyzaga.
Diego has maintained a healthy relationship with Sunshine and his half-sisters. According to Sunshine, she was worried about Diego. She and her daughters sent him a message.
“Wala kayong narinig na kahit ano sa bata. Well I guess, lahat ng tao ay may hangganan ang pagiging tahimik,” Sunshine said in a report by ABS-CBN News.

“Nandun naman yata lahat sa kanyang mga statement ang sagot tungkol doon. Huwag niyo na ako i-involve. Basta mahal ko si Diego and si Teresa,” Sunshine said when asked what she thought of the drug issue surrounding Diego.
(The answer to that were already in the statements. Don’t get me involved. I love Diego and Teresa.)
Meanwhile, Diego’s mom Teresa has also shown support for her son. In a post on Instagram, Diego called her “the best parent in the world.”
Cesar Montano has remained silent about the issue.
