Grammy Award-winning singer and international superstar Alicia Keys was spotted spreading the love this afternoon at the Villamor Air Base — one of the centers of relief operations for Yolanda typhoon survivors.

The singer, known for hits like “Empire State of Mind” and “Girl on Fire”, was seen talking to mothers and kids who just landed from their mercy flight from Tacloban.
According to some volunteers who were lucky enough to have seen the star, Keys was handing out coloring books and crayons to some of the kids, asking them “Are you gonna color?” So sweet!

I don’t think she even had a bodyguard at all!” said 16-year old volunteer Ina Lorenzo from Assumption College who was there with her class to help out.

Keys arrived at the site on a rented minivan and insisted that her entourage help out with the relief efforts.

She flew in today for her Set the World on Fire Tour, which happens tonight at Mall of Asia Arena.
