When it comes to Pinoy ballads, singer Christian Bautista is likely one of the first names that comes to mind.
This is why it is not much of a surprise that he was recently tapped by music streaming service Spotify for their Pinoy Love Ballads playlist ad, which launched last July 30.
Christian had shot the ad in Singapore, but had to keep it under wraps until the launch.
“Christian Bautista is officially the first Pinoy Asian Celebrity to shoot an ad in Singapore for Spotify approved by its New York head office. Thank you Spotify for this milestone!” his manager Carlo Orosa said on Instagram.
He launched his latest single Huling Harana last July 28 and is cast in the Filipino remake of Korean drama series My Love From the Star on the GMA Network. In the region, he is known for starring in the Singapore-produced television show, The Kitchen Musical, which aired in various countries in Southeast Asia.
