1. ‘PBB 5’ COMING VERY, VERY SOON
Attention, all reality star wannabes: Pinoy Big Brother 5 is just around the corner. Bianca Gonzalez, who used to be a PBB celebrity housemate, confirmed this bit of exciting news on Twitter, saying “It can now be said… #PBB5, abangan!” Auditions were originally scheduled this Oct. 6, according to ABS-CBN TV production head Laurenti Dyogi, but are now postponed because of security and logistical issues. Direk also tweeted how the successful show The Voice of the Philippines will be having a second season.

2. EX-LOVERS ANNE AND SAM TO WORK TOGETHER

Anne Curtis and Sam Milby are reuniting – not as lovers but as movie mates. The ex-lovers will soon shoot scenes for The Gifted. They were last seen together in the flick Babe, I Love You, although they also got to work in the TV shows Dyosa and Maging Sino Ka Man. Anne shared on The Buzz that she misses working with her ex-boyfriend and that she’s sure it won’t be awkward for them because they have maintained their friendship even after they stopped being lovers. Best thing is that Anne’s BF, food blogger Erwan Heussaff, is perfectly fine with the whole thing.
3. IS KRIS AQUINO FORCING BIMBY TO JOIN SHOWBIZ?

Bimby, the son of Kris with James Yap, will star in his first movie called My Little Bossings (together with Kris, Vic Sotto, and Ryzza Mae Dizon), and although Bimby has been doing some TV guestings and commercials, there are rumors that Bimby doesn’t really want to act – Kris is just forcing him to join showbiz. However, the Queen of All Media recently explained that when the opportunity for movie to star in a movie arose, she really thought about it. She even discussed it with her family. “Na-realize ko na ngayon lang darating yung opportunity na ito na cute pa siya, maliit pa siya,” she said.
“Gusto kong gawin and gusto ko na masubaybayan ko,” said Kris, who is also one of the movie’s producers. Kris shared that Bimby was supposed to do one whole season of the TV show Wansapanataym but she’s been saying no to it because she doesn’t want Bimby’s studies to suffer.
4. WINWYN MARQUEZ WANTS TO BE A BEUATY QUEEN

The 21-year old daughter of Alma Moreno and Joey Marquez wants a crown but shares that now is not the time for it. Although she’s always wanted to be a beauty queen ever since she was a kid (especially after seeing her aunt, Melanie Marquez, win an international pageant), Winwyn believes that she still needs a lot of preparation. After all, she’s enjoying all the blessings showbiz is giving her, such as the new show Dormitoryo on GMA.
Well, we can’t wait for her to be ready because we think she can bring home that crown!

Our delegate is doing pretty well in the competition so far. Megan is one of the 15 finalists of the “Beauty with a Purpose” award, the winner of which will be announced on the coronation night this Sept. 28. Megan has also reached the finals of the “Beach Fashion” event. If those aren’t enough, our bet will also get a 30-second solo number showcasing Singkil, the Muslim royal dance from Lanao del Sur, for the event’s Dances of the World segment.
