1. LUIS MANZANO AND ANGEL LOCSIN ARE BACK TOGETHER – OFFICIALLY
We all knew they would end up back together when Luis and Angel split ways with their respective lovers (Jennylyn Mercado and Phil Younghusband). Luis confirmed yesterday, Feb. 17, on Buzz ng Bayan that they have officially gotten back together. He narrated that he felt a spark last New Year, when they started to text each other again. And then Angel revealed that she still has feelings for Luis during the press con for her show The Legal Wife. Luis said during the interview that he’s very happy. “You know, in every smile, every tear that you go through in life has a reason, and you’re supposed to be where you are,” he said. “No matter what you experienced in the past, whether it’s happiness or a low point, it’s supposed to be there for a reason.” (Photo: luckymanzano Instagram account)

2. TWO FIL-AMS MAKE IT TO AMERICAN IDOL
Malaya Watson is not the only Fil-Am to make it to the latest season of American Idol; Marrialle Sellars, a 17-year-old from Indianapolis, has also made it to the Top 30. She impressed everyone when she auditioned singing Bruno Mars’ “Grenade,” but got a lot of criticism when she did Miley Cyrus’ “Wrecking Ball” during the Hollywood rounds. Despite this, she still got a yes from all three judges: Jennifer Lopez, Keith Urban, and Harry Connick, Jr. So, yes, there are two Fil-Ams that will be pretty present in social media the next few months – at least locally.

3. REX SMITH INSULTS CHARICE

4. JULIA BARRETTO IS OKAY WITH BEING COMPARED TO CLAUDINE BARRETTO

Her mom Marjorie may not be on good terms with her aunt Claudine, but Julia is perfectly fine with being compared to her.
