Christmas will definitely be sad for Kim Chiu and family this year since her mother passed away last June 23. Because of this, they won’t be putting up decor, even a Christmas tree. She shared with ABS-CBN News that they can’t display anything that symbolizes happiness until June next year, based on Chinese tradition. However, Kim said that they will “celebrate” Christmas by having dinner, giving gifts, and going to Mass.
