JOEM BASCON IS OPEN TO DOING FRONTAL NUDITY
The macho-looking Joem Bascon is promoting his new film Lihis, where he and Jake Cuenca play gay rebels in love. (Yes, straight men playing gay characters is so trendy right now, right?) So how did he condition himself for his sexy love scenes with Jake? Joem told Philippine Star columnist Ricky Lo that he had a talk with Jake before filming the intimate scenes. “We discussed the scenes and agreed that we had to do it in the best possible way we could,” said Joem. “When I accepted the project, I already conditioned myself that I would do it all the way and without any hesitation, so on the day of the shoot, I was already prepared. He added that after the scenes, they kept distance from each other and din’t talk about it. So how more daring can Joem go? He’s open to frontal nudity, but he needs the “right material and a very respectable and trusted director.”
STEVEN IS ASKING DIVA FOR SPACE

StarStruck graduates Steven Silva and Diva Montelaba have not broken up, but Steven has expressed his need for space so they can focus on their respective careers. The chinito cutie admits that Diva didn’t like the idea and that they continue to talk about it. He also thinks that it’s for the best especially because he is focusing on his new show Akin Pa Rin Ang Bukas while Diva has Maghihintay Pa Rin. He plays a kanto boy on the new GMA 7 soap, and that should be challenging because Steven doesn’t look like one. He doesn’t speak like one, too! We guess Steven does need that space he’s asking for then.
“GWIYOMI” SINGER WANTS TO COLLABORATE WITH SAM

Oh no, just when we thought that “Gwiyomi” had died already. The singer of the song, Hari, is actually in the country right now to promote her music and she will even be visiting the Ayala Malls today until Sunday to, of course, sing the “Gwiyomi Song” – with matching steps. It wasn’t so long ago when the song and its video and choreo became viral, with lots of people – even celebs like Heart Evangelista – uploading their versions. Hari had a press conference in Glorietta 5 yesterday and shared that she wants to do a collaboration with Sam Concepcion. Sam happened to be the opening number of the press con yesterday.
ALDEN IS OPEN TO REPLACING LOUISE WITH LAUREN

The Alden Richards-Louise delos Reyes love team is such a big hit. Their show Mundo Mo’y Akin (which will air its finale tonight) is proof. But Alden admits that he is very open to being paired with other actresses, such as Lauren Young. He’s got a point since they were also paired in Mundo Mo’y Akin and that was very convincing. He adds that he’s been part of the love team for two years already and that he’s pretty sure Louise would like to be paired with others, as well.

When Derek Ramsay posted an Instagram photo showing him kissing new girlfriend Cristine Reyes, not everyone was happy to see it. One follower, for example, commented that Cristine “is not for keeps” and that Derek can “do so much better than this girl.” The commenter suggested for Derek to have lots of patience and for Cristine to undergo a major personality makeover. Derek replied to the user and said that he respects the user’s thoughts but that he has “known Cristine for a very long time” and that she “is a warm and compassionate woman.”
