1. MARIAN’S NEW LEADING MAN IS ALDEN
Marian Rivera will once again have a regular show on GMA 7 this January 2014 and her new leading man is Alden Richards. The young actor is very excited about this project and admits that he’s a little nervous about the new project but is also very honoured. After all, Marian is has been partnered with really established names in the industry such as her boyfriend Dingdong Dantes, and Dennis Trillo. The show is called Carmela, and a new Alden will be seen here: “Mature, mas bad boy, mahilig sa chicks, always gets what he wants, pero may soft side din, mabait, gentle, madiskarte, smart, pero sobrang na-love at first sight siya dun sa character ni Yan (Marian),” he described his character to Pep.ph. 2. BEA ROSE SANTIAGO FOR MISS INTERNATIONAL

The Miss International beauty pageant is just around the corner and Pinoys are excited for our bet, Bea Rose Santiago, to wow the world with her beauty. And find out, of course, if she’s the next Pinay to bring home a crown or at least place in the Top 5. The Philippines has brought the Miss International crown home four times, Precious Lara Quigaman the last one to do so in 2005. Bea Rose should be the fifth one!
3. WOWOWILLIE TO RETURN NEXT YEAR

Willie Revillame revealed to Spin.ph that he plans to revive his game show Wowowillie early next year, and that he’s still not sure which TV station to partner with, but that it should be the one with the widest reach. Which means it won’t be TV5? But how can GMA and ABS-CBN accommodate him when they already have successful shows during lunch time? That leaves Willie with GMA NEWS TV, PTV 4, and IBC 13.
4. KC MONTERO SAYS GF RHIAN RAMOS IS THE PERFECT GIRL

KC Montero’s thing right now is tweeting a series of things that girls do that drive him crazy. One follower assumed he was complaining about girlfriend Rhian Ramos, but KC was quick to clarify that he is definitely not complaining about Rhian; those tweets are just hypothetical. 5. BUGOY AND LIEZEL REMAIN FRIENDS AFTER BREAK-UP

Forgive us but we didn’t know Bugoy Drilon and Liezel Garcia were together pala! And to be honest, we didn’t know that Bugoy is straight (remember those days he was called Bu-gay Drilon?)! Anyway, the two, who are both graduates of Pinoy Dream Academy Season 2, started off as friends and were actually together as lovers for three years, according to Pep.ph. While they didn’t share the reason behind their breakup, they did say that they are both single right now and that they’re happy being friends.
