Can’t say we’re surprised. The show seems confused, undergoing one too many changes these past few years.
Ricky Lo pointed it on in his Philippine Star column today that from apart from title changes — “from S.O.P. to Party Pilipinas to Sunday All Stars”— it was also moved from the noontime slot to 2:30pm. “It was originally pitted against ASAP of the Kapamilya network,” he points out.
Anyway, Sunday All Stars will hold its farewell edition on Aug 9. It will be replaced with the well, unfortunately titled Sunday PINASaya, which will be headlined by Ai-ai delas Alas, Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, Julie Anne San Jose, aaand they will have the pregnant Marian Rivera work it, too.
