According to Fashion Pulis, John Lloyd Cruz is the reason why Anne Curtis went gaga That Night in Prive. The It’s Showtime host was throwing a private bachelorette party for a friend there; they occupied two long tables and even paid extra so they could have the bar and toilets there in the VIP area all for themselves. Across them was a group that included John Lloyd Cruz, Jake Cuenca, Phoemela Baranda, JR Isaac, and Leah de Guzman.
At some point, Anne and her friends got annoyed because some people crossed over to their private area; a reportedly drunk Lloydie also displayed inappropriate behaviour and made Anne and her friends feel uncomfortable.

Fashion Pulis reports that Lloydie and Jake Cuenca followed Anne to the comfort room and that Lloydie banged on her door when she was inside. When Anne stepped out, however, Lloydie and Jake were already somewhere else, and Anne ended up slapping the first two people she saw: JR and Leah. Shocked, Lloyd approached Anne and explained it was him. Anne, as everyone knows by now, shouted at Lloydie, “You are an addict!”
