What the hell is KISPinoy???
KISPinoy is actually K-Pop Icon Search Pinoy Edition, an upcoming talent search of TV 5, and yes, Richard Gutierrez is hosting it. Chard hasn’t been that visible since his TV show Love and Lies ended in 2013. After that, he was part of the reality show It Takes Gutz to be a Gutierrez, which started last year. His fans are surely happy now that he’s going back to TV work, even if it’s he’s hosting and not acting.
In an interview with Pep.ph, Chard shared that he is now more choosy when it comes to projects because he really wants to spend a lot of time with Zion, his son with Sarahh Lahbati. Back when he was still with GMA, he worked so hard he hardly slept, and he did that because he wanted to save money so that he could spend quality time with his child one day. That’s exactly what is happening now.
The juicy part is that his mom Annabelle Rama had been pressuring him to get a job because sayang din daw the commission that she gets as his manager. She also said that her son said yes to the hosting gig because of the big pay. “Alangan naman nagtatrabaho ka na ganun lang ang bayad sa’yo diba?”
