Rhian Ramos is making the world a safer place for women, one pepper spray at a time.
The Saving Sally actress and her fans distributed pepper spray at the MRT-3 Ayala station just before Valentine’s Day.
“I wrote something about an experience wherein I felt disrespected and this brought about so many e-mails and DMs and comments about people having negative experiences not only about respect but also about their safety on public transport,” she explained on a video on her Instagram account.

She added that the man who harassed her a few months back was actually the one who donated the pepper spray for the project as a way to apologize.
“I think it will be really useful in a cause that’s bigger than what could have been just an embarrassing incident for me,” she added in the video.
She shared a video of what happened during the distribution. What a meaningful way to spend Valentine’s day.
Thank you Rhian, for spreading the love.
