Remember Razorback from the ’90s? They’re the tisoy rockers playing sweet classic rock tunes like “Diwata,” “Giyang,” “Payaso.” Like their buddies Wolfgang, they laid low by the turn of the century, giving way to kupaw rock that dominated the scene then.
A decade later, they are sort of back, playing occasional gigs and showcasing just how well aging did them. That’s a direct shout out to Tirso Ripoll, Razorback’s guitarist, who’s rocking that salt and pepper hair. Add the tobacco he likes to smoke and my, my, how well he’s aged!
Perhaps aging, too, has inspired this cool merch idea: Razorback onsies for the babies. It comes in three sizes, the large of which fits babies up to 18-months-old. It’s made by Jeepney Rock Stop, which sells all sorts of Pinoy rock band merch.
If you’re a fan, and you have a baby, and you hate pastel…you’re welcome. With a PHP350 price tag, it’s also a good gift idea. You know, because Christmas is just around the corner.
Check out the merch at Jeepney Rock Stop Facebook page.
