If you’re reading this because you saw Gloria Diaz’s name in the headline, then take note of the date: Oct. 11. That’s when Season 2 of Netflix series Insatiable is set to be released. And yes, the Philippine’s beloved first Miss Universe is in it.

In an earlier Instagram post that went up on May 2, Diaz had already teased a photo of herself with Insatiable co-star Dallas Roberts, and announced that she will be on the show. Yesterday, the announcement was confirmed when Netflix posted this official teaser for the original comedy-drama series about teen pageant queens.

The 11-second teaser shows Diaz in a crisp white suit entering what appears to be a hotel lobby, eyeing teen contestants in pageant sashes. “This is how you make an entrance like a queen,” Netflix Philippines wrote.

In the comments section, people seem to agree — like Real Vincci who said, “That’s how you make an entrance! Whoa! Insatiable 2!”

Insatiable, a Netflix original comedy-drama series, follows the story of Patty Bladell, an overweight teen who becomes skinny and subsequently enters a pageant to seek revenge on her bullies. The series debuted its first season in August 2018 and has received backlash on the internet about its fat-shaming and fat-phobic narrative. An online petition calling for the show’s cancellation even went around the internet.

Despite the controversy, the show has been renewed and Season 2 will be released on Oct. 11 on Netflix.
