“If it weren’t for Senator Sonny Angara, President Noynoy Aquino would have forgotten the birthday of his younger sister Kris,” reports ABS-CBN News correspondent Willard Cheng on ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report revealed that, indeed, Aquino had to be reminded that Valentine’s Day is also his sister’s birthday by Angara, who sat beside him during the opening of the 21st Travel Tour expo organized by the Philippine Travel Agencies Association (PTAA).
“Kung hindi dahil kay Senator, baka nakaligtaan kong mabati ang aking kapatid (If it weren’t for Senator Angara, I would’ve forgotten to greet my sister on her birthday),” Aquino said.
When asked, Aquino also said he has no Valentine’s Day date.
