After waiting and wading through a series of auditions, we finally got to see more of Filipina singers Neneth Lyons and the 4th Power as they showcased more of their skills in the bootcamp level of The X Factor UK.

According to mirror.co.uk, participants stayed and practiced their presentations for the judges at the Grove Hotel in Watford, Hertfordshire.

For the nerve-wracking bootcamp, acts were grouped together in teams. The two Filipino bets belonged to the same (winning) team along with other X Factor contestants Andre Batchelor, Louisa Johnson, Jasmine Leigh Morris, and Sherlyn Hamilton Shaw. They performed Tuna Turner’s “Proud Mary”.

The group demonstrated awesome choreography and vocals that impressed the judges so much, all of them were through to the next round, the Six Chair Challenge!

That’s being hyped up as a manic musical chair designed to shave off more contestants in the running.

Here’s to hoping Neneth and our current favorite girl band makes it again!
