Congratulations to the Brazilian-Japanese hunk who was proclaimed Big Winner of Pinoy Big Brother All In last Sunday, Aug. 25, at Resorts World.
The popular model entered Bahay ni Kuya a month after the show started, but that didn’t prove to be a disadvantage for the hunk.
Taking home PHP1 million, and other prizes, such as a condominium unit worth PHP2 million, Daniel explained that he thinks he won because everyone saw how much he loves the Philippines and Filipinos.
“People think na hindi ako Filipino but I am so much more proud to be a Filipino in heart than many others out there na hindi proud sa country. I am a true Filipino. Dahil sa pag-ibig nyo sa akin. It was the craziest experience in my life,” he said. “I’m thankful first to God who gave me this opportunity. One day, sinabi Nya sa akin na I have a purpose dito sa Pilipinas. And I guess this purpose is today. Mahal na mahal ko kayo. Thank you for all the love.”
Runners-up to Daniel, who was dubbed Hunk of the World ng Makati, were Maris Racal (Second Big Placer), Jane Oineza (Third Big Placer, and Vickie Rushton (Fourth Big Placer).
