Want to declare your love Parisian style? Or shall we say “Pasig-ian style”?
Yep, just like the famous love lock bridge in Paris, you may now put ‘love locks’ on a heart-shaped structure near the Guadalupe Ferry Station along the Pasig River as the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission (PRRC) launched the “Ilog Pasig Lovelock Project” on Aug 24.
The project aims to encourage the public to support the restoration and beautification of the Pasig River.
The PRRC hopes the symbolism of love will move more people to help and be a part of the project, says PRRC executive director Jose Goitia.
The next project will be launched at Circuit Makati and Plaza Mexico in Intramuros.
