The actress said that last May 12, she was alone in her house when her hubby barged in, violently and sexually attacked her. She says that Cesar — she describes him as a very domineering and philandering husband that demanded full submission and obedience — continues to commit acts of violence and verbal abuse against her and their three daughters: Angeline Isabelle, Samantha Angeline, and Angel Francheska.
Last Tuesday, Sunshine already filed a case against Cesar for violating the Anti-Violence against Women and their Children act. So why wait for three months before pressing charges? According to Atty. Bonifacio Alentajan, her lawyer, both camps were okay at first because Cesar agreed to giving P350,000 every month as sustento, which he did for three months. So when he stopped — and did other things — Sunshine decided that was it.

Going back to Sunshine’s claim that Cesar raped her, her lawyer said that they have physical evidence that she showed her doctor, like bruises and bumps.
The sexy actress is also complaining about how last July 29, Cesar fetched their daughters from school and has refused to return them.
