Roldan Castro, a reporter for tabloid newspaper Hataw and former president of the Philippine Movie Press Club, today became the unfortunate target of online haters after a pseudo news website identified him incorrectly as the controversial driver and alleged lover of senator Leila de Lima.
That driver, President Rodrigo Duterte had alleged, collected bribe money from drug lords at the National Bilibid Prison, which the former Justice secretary supposedly used to finance her senatorial bid.

Here’s news: Not only is Castro gay as a button, he also can’t drive to save his fabulous life.
De Lima’s driver has been outed by Philippine Daily Inquirer. His name is Ronnie Palisoc Dayan, and he is said to own a two-storey white house in Barangay Galarin in Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, financed by de Lima.
On Facebook today, Aug 19, Castro cleared his name and made fun of the netizens who mistook him for de Lima’s driver.
His photo with de Lima, he said, was taken at a press conference with movie scribes during the campaign period.
