Miss World 2012 Wenxia Yu is presently in the Philippines for a goodwill tour. It is the Chinese stunner’s first time in the country and it looks like she’s been having lots of fun while doing work for the Miss World Organization.
After she arrived last Saturday, Wenxia instantly went to work. She had a press conference at the Manila Hotel, where she even showed everyone her opera singing talent. The next day, she had a meet-and-greet with Pinoy fans – and even beatboxed together with Queenierich Rehman, the Philippine delegate last year.
Yesterday, she went on an Old Manila Castilian tour, participated in a wreath-laying at the Rizal monument with Mayor Alfredo Lim, graced the Chinese Art Exhibit at the Manila Hotel, and experienced the popular Manila Bay sunset.
She is also set to tour the Philippine General Hospital and spend time with Sunshine Sison, a heart patient who is the first beneficiary of the Miss World Organization charity arm.
So is she coming back? Of course! The reigning Miss World expressed how she likes the Philippines so far and that she’d love to come back in the future, according to Interaksyon.
