Rachelle Ann Go has decided not to extend her contract as bas girl Gigi in the London production of Miss Saigon; her contract ends on May 9, 2015, and her last performance is on that same night, as well.
So who’s going to replace her? Another talented performer who has Pinoy blood!
Her name is Natalie Mendoza and she is an Australian-Filipino stage actress. Her latest project is Here Lies Love, where she played First lady Imelda Marcos to Mark Bautista’s Ferdinand Marcos. Apart from theatre work, she has also appeared on TV and in the movies; she was part of the British series Hotel Babylon and was included in the horror movie The Descent.
Congrats, Natalie!
