Bet you didn’t know that Mike Tan auditioned for the role of Vincent in My Husband’s Lover!
He shared with Pep Talk that he did try out for the role. We all know, of course, that Tom Rodriguez ended up playing the controversial gay character.
He said that he did get sad when he didn’t get the role. He cried, actually. But that he moved on.
Mike didn’t have bad words for Tom, as well. Mike shared that Tom was better when he auditioned, and that he fit the role.
Now we can’t help but think of all the scenes of Vincent and picture Mike doing them with Dennis Trillo and Carla Abellana.
Do you think it would have been a bigger hit if Mike was in it instead of Tom?
