On Tue, May 17, the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) started their “Adobo vs. Sinigang” poll on Twitter. They asked this question: ‘Katuwaan lang mga kababayan, kung may ng pambansang ulam, ano ang pipiliin mo, Adobo o Sinigang (Just for fun, folks, if there’s a national dish, what would you pick, adobo or sinigang)?”
