There’s something brewing online, and it ain’t pretty.
It looks like the hate campaign against broadcaster Korina Sanchez post-Anderson Cooper is still alive and kicking — and it’s singlehandedly being fought by self-declared revolutionary Marlene Aguilar, the sister of embattled folk singer and 60-year-old father wannabe Freddie Aguilar.
The cat fight between Aguilar and (fans of) Sanchez has been spreading like wildfire on the Internet — though it seems that the only ones paying attention are Aguilar, her fans and anti-Korina netizens. Sanchez, the main target, has kept mum.
All of this started on Nov 13, according to a Facebook page called Showbiz Government, when Aguilar posted this message on her Facebook wall: “To those asking what I think of Korina Sanches (sic)…I’ve met Korina Sanchez in person. She’s been in my home to interview me. And my staff saw how awful she treated members of her TV crew…For me, she is ugly through and through. You may quote me.”
