The ABS-CBN TV host is currently expecting a child with husband Robin Padilla, according to talent manager and entertainment reporter Ogie Diaz, who revealed the news through a tweet on Thu, May 11.

This is definitely good news. Mariel, 31, suffered two miscarriages last year.
The It’s Showtime co-host first suffered a miscarriage in March 2015, when she was eight weeks pregnant.
In August 2015, Mariel revealed that was pregnant for the second time.
However, just a few days after her announcement, Robin’s management revealed that Mariel suffered another miscarriage.
Mariel admitted feeling bitter after her second miscarriage, but it was Robin who reassured her that “the world will be okay” even if they do not have a child.
