The Pambansang Kamao sure doesn’t know how to quit while he’s ahead.
According to a Pep.ph report, Manny is scheduled to fight American boxer Chris Algeri in Macau this November.
What is making people nervous is how he doesn’t seem to be focused on the fight since he is now also a coach for the Kia Motors basketball team. His team will play in the 40th season of the Philippine Basketball Association this October.
He claims that he wants to continue boxing because he can concentrate on both boxing and basketball. Manny said that he doesn’t want to stop boxing because if that happens, “Wala ng magre-represent sa bansa natin.”
