Manila Pen welcomes ‘Game of Thrones’ star in style

On Thursday, the hotel’s in-house orchestra welcomed Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel by playing the TV show’s theme. 

The actress who plays Daenerys Targaryen’s interpreter in the TV series is in town for the AsiaPop Comicon.

“Talk about the coolest welcome ever,” writes the British actress on her Instagram account, where she posted a video of the said welcome.

Oh, but that’s not all. After a day of sightseeing around Manila on Friday, Nathalie comes home to the hotel’s orchestra playing Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t she lovely?”

Well, isn’t that lovely?

Nathalie will be at the Comicon on Sunday, from 4pm-4:30pm for a Game of Thrones panel session.

In case you were wondering, the Game of Thrones theme was written by Ramin Djawadi.
