Aww, we’re happy for Mahal! After enduring more than her fair share of heartbreaks, not to mention the death of her ex, Jimboy Salazar, Mahal is finally getting her happily ever after.
On All Soul’s Day — Nov 2 — the 40-year-old comedienne donned a white dress, walked down the Quezon City Hall and married her non-showbiz boyfriend, Jobbie Hebrio.
On PEP.ph, Jojo Gabinete reports that among the attendees of the small, intimate and no-drama wedding were singers Mae Rivera and Kissa Kurdi, and Quezon City First District Councilor Victor Ferrer, who also hosted the wedding reception in his Fairview farm.
Mahal was said to be a ball of jitters before her big day, unable to sleep because of excitement.
After exchanging I-do’s, her new husband, all 25 years of him, excitedly announced on Facebook: “Finally! Asawa ko na si Mahal!”
