Lovi Poe sizzles with a snake on FHM cover

Normally, we’d say women and wild or dangerous animals don’t mix — but we’ve been proven wrong a few times.

In FHM Philippines’ September 2011 issue, they flew actress Lovi Poe to Bangkok for their cover shoot, which included an elephant.

Now, Lovi is back as FHM‘s cover girl for the October 2016 issue. This time, she’s posing with a snake.

In an FHM feature, Lovi was quoted as saying, “I’ve had shoots with snakes before, but never like this. I’ve never had to wrap one around me like that. Ang bigat niya! But I just let the snake go and executed the poses we had planned (with photographer Mark Nicdao). Snakes are not really one of my primal fears. I’m much more afraid of heights. Shooting atop a skyscraper would definitely not be a first option for me.”

So, does this cover work?

Well, judging from the reactions of FHM fans, it sure does.
