The Dinagyang Festival is a religious and cultural festival in Iloilo City every fourth Sunday of January.
It is held in honor of the holy child Santo Niño as well as to celebrate the arrival of Malay settlers on Panay Island.
It is one of the most celebrated festivals in the Philippines.
