We can’t blame her.

In an Instagram post, the 24-year-old beauty queen from Baguio City said she is offering her victory to the country.

“Philippines, this is for you,” she said.

I cannot believe it. I cannot express how i feel right now, but I am ecstatic. Its been only a dream. Thank you to my family, mentors, designers, my Angels. Your prayers have worked, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much! We have worked very hard to get this. Kylie added she still can’t believe she actually won the pageant. Beauty pageant enthusiasts and websites such as Missosology predicted Miss Poland, Magdalena Bienkowska, would win the Miss International crown this year. Thus, Kylie’s win was a big surprise.

“I cannot believe it. I cannot express how i feel right now, but I am ecstatic. Its been only a dream,” Kylie wrote.

In another Instagram post, she said: “Is this for real? Thank you!”

“Taking time to sink in,” Kylie also wrote.

Pinoy netizens, on the other hand, immediately celebrated her win.

The likes of Vice Ganda, former beauty queen Ariella Arida, and Sen. Bam Aquino took to social media to congratulate Kylie.

Even Pres. Rodrigo Duterte congratulated Kylie, who he met at the sidelines of his official visit to Japan earlier this week.

“I am always happy if our beautiful women win all the titles,” Duterte said.

Congratulations again, Kylie! You made us all proud.
