Local news website Pep.ph confirmed rumors that 23-year-old Kapuso actress Kylie Padilla is indeed pregnant.
According to the report, the father of Kylie’s baby is her current boyfriend and fellow actor Aljur Abrenica. Kylie and Aljur had broken up in 2014, but they got back together in Sept 2016.
Recent Instagram posts of the young stars show that they are very much happy and in love.
Earlier this week, rumors of Kylie’s pregnancy circulated on the webz after the young actress was reportedly spotted visiting an OB-gyne. Her fans also noticed how her costumes in the fantaserye “Encantadia” have started to become more loose.
As of writing, the young stars have neither confirmed nor denied the report.
Speaking of “Encantadia,” Kylie’s fans are worried about her character in the show, Amihan. On the micro-blogging site Twitter, fans have been using #KeepAmihan to convince the director Mark Reyes to keep Kylie’s character in spite of her reported pregnancy.
Reyes himself hinted on Instagram that one of the main characters of Encantadia might soon leave the show.
According to a previous article in Pep, recent episodes of Encantadia “have been indicating that one major character will be killed.”
Kylie is the daughter of famous action star Robin Padilla.
