Talk about timing.
Kris Aquino gave a sneak peek of a daily video blog is working on as part of her new digital media venture.
“Working on Kris Chronicles (my daily video blog) as part of my new digital media venture. I’d written this a couple of weeks back, it’s part of my growing collection of essays for our December launch but it felt appropriate to upload now,” she wrote.
The topic of her video blog? Burials — specifically, her own.
In the video, Kris revealed that she bought a vault at the columbarium of the St. Michael the Archangel Church in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig.

“I was being practical. And I’ve said several times that I don’t want my sons to be hassled about where to bury me or worry about the maintenance of my mausoleum,” Kris can heard saying on the video.
“Simple lang naman. Ano bang halaga kung saan ako ililibing. Eh ang goal naman umabot ako sa langit,” she further said.
A harmless topic, but many of her followers noted that her video seems to have coincided with Ferdinand Marcos’ burial at the Libangan ng mga Bayani on Fri, Nov 18.

Kris is the daughter of Corazon Aquino, who replaced Marcos as President of the Philippines after the People Power Revolution in 1986.
On Fri, the day of the burial, Kris took to Instagram with a very simple message, which many believed was her response to the Marcos burial.
