The Kris Aquino vs Mocha Uson saga continues.

“When it is about my mother, and when it is about my father, it will always be about me,” Kris said last night in a Facebook live video as a response to social media influencer and staunch Duterte supporter Mocha Uson’s statement saying that their ongoing issue isn’t about her.

Uson said this yesterday in an unapologetic comeback to Kris’ lengthy Facebook and Instagram live session blasting her for the video she posted on Sunday that compared Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte’s controversial kiss with footage of Kris’ father Ninoy Aquino being kissed by a supporter before his assassination in 1983.

“I think everyone would agree with me, no matter what our colors are that we love our parents,” Kris continued in her latest live video.

Kris, a popular actress and TV presenter,  is the daughter of Filipino hero Ninoy, who was a critic of dictator Ferdinand Marcos, and the late President Cory Aquino. She is also the sister of former President Noynoy Aquino who is associated with the Liberal Party that has been critical of the Duterte administration.

“Mocha, you win,” she explains in the video. “You win because you continued to step on the dignity and the memory of the two people I love.”

Although she blasted Uson, Kris clarified that she had nothing against Duterte, who she praised back in April.

“I will not add further to that because I am not mad at President Rodrigo Duterte. I never dipped into the issues that criticized him,” Kris said in her latest live video.

Duterte, along with his Special Assistant Bong Go, has also apologized to Kris about Uson’s video.

Go even mentioned in an interview with CNN Philippines that he has advised Uson to apologize and to understand that the video hurt Kris because it reminded her of the death of her parents.

Guess Uson didn’t take his advice well.

Kris ended her live video saying: “Mocha, I’ll end this, you’re right. This was not about Kris Aquino. This was a reminder that Filipinos still love and respect Cory and Ninoy Aquino.”

What do you think will happen in the next chapter of this feud?
