Hallyu fans, listen up: Cha Eun-woo, the star of the hit series My ID is Gangnam Beauty, will be in Manila this October for a fan meet.
This was announced by promoter Wilbros Live on Facebook today. The fan meet is part of Cha’s tour Just One 10 Minute.
The event will be at the New Frontier Theater in Cubao, Quezon City on Oct. 26. Fans can buy tickets starting Aug.10 through the Ticketnet website or by calling (632) 911-5555.
Cha is a member of the K-pop boy band Astro, known for their hit songs Hide & Seek, Crazy Sexy Cool, and All Night. He also stars in the historical drama Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung, which is now streaming on Netflix.
Wilbros’ announcement excited many of Cha’s fans, such as Sunshine Espiritu who wrote, “We’re so excited! We’ve been very supportive of this fan meeting from the start ever since the plan has been laid out!”
Patricia Marcelo couldn’t contain her joy. “[M]y heart is so happy!!!” she wrote.
Jamielyn Cheng asked the promoter to move the event’s date because it coincides with another Korean pop culture event.
“[I]t’s the same as GOT7’s concert,” she said.
South Korean boy group GOT7 will hold their Manila concert on the same date, Oct. 26.
