Korean pop star Sandara Park back in Manila

Korean pop star Sandara Park arrived in the country late Fri night, Feb 13.

“Aside from making an appearance on the Saturday episode of the noontime program, It’s Showtime, she is expected to be at the travel tour expo to be held at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City on Sunday, February 15,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

Park was greeted by her Filipino fans at the airport.

The report noted: “Park rose to fame in the Philippines in 2004, when she finished runner-up in the ABS-CBN talent search Star Circle Quest. After a string of film and TV projects, Park, decided to leave for Korea to pursue a showbiz career there. In 2009, she became a member of 2NE1, a Korean girl group where she’s more poularly known as ‘Dara.'”
